GENERAL
Accepted: humanoid and non humanoid species, 2–3 small props (or 1 large prop), armor, self-inserts, OCs, mild gore.May incur extra fees: additional props, complex armor, intricate outfits/designs, some complex anthro species, intricate backgrounds.
Not accepted: NSFW (artistic nudity excluded), hateful or offensive depictions, fetish content.I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, before or during the workflow (check the “Refunds” section for more information).PAYMENTS
Payments are to be done via PayPalPrices stated accept no bargaining and are calculated to include payment fees (3,62% for P*ypal), with each price proposal I will state how much of the total will go to fees and how much I will receive.You have the choice to pay 100% upfront, otherwise split payments go as follows:
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the slot and begin work.Remaining payment can completed in two steps:
- 40% After clean sketch approval.
- 50% Before delivery of the unwatermarked final piece.Additionally, you can pay the full amount upfront or after sketch approval, if you so desire.Payments become non-refundable once significant progress has been completed.REVISIONS
Each commission includes four revision rounds:- Thumbnails: at least 2 will be provided.
- Clean sketch: substantial corrections to design.
- Flat colors: for correction of colors that might seem off.
- Final preview: minor adjustments only.Additional revisions, or major concept changes after sketch approval, require an extra fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Standard completion time: Will vary based on complexity, and will be communicated by the artist at the start of the workflow.
Usual turnaround for a rendered fullbody: 6/8 weeks.Different completion times will be communicated by the artist before work on the artwork has started, any delays will be communicated.Rush orders incur additional fees.
No physical copies will be shipped.USE
I may:
- Post WIPs on social media for self promotion purposes, if this doesn’t resonate with your expectations please state as such in the commission form.
- Display the finished artwork in my portfolio, social media, and commission samples.
You may request that I delay public posting until a specific date (e.g., if the artwork is a gift), this will not incur any additional charges as long as the “Do not display before” date is sooner than 6 months after the commission has been accepted by the artist.You may:- Use the artwork for personal only (icons, gifts, wallpapers, TTRPG characters, personal prints);
- Share it on social media, with a required tag or link to at least one of my socials or my website;You may not:- Claim the artwork as your own;
- Remove/alter my signature;
- Use the artwork commercially (merch websites such as redbubble, etsy, bigcartel, society6; resale; NFTs);
- Feed my art into any sort of generative Artificial Intelligence or LLM, even for personal uses.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist retains full copyright.The client receives personal-use rights only, unless commercial rights are separately purchased.
Commercial licensing is not a service provided at this time.REFUNDS
- The 10% initial deposit is non-refundable once work begins.
- Further payments may become non-refundable once major progress has been done.
- If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, a partial or full refund (depending on progress) will be issued.COMMUNICATION
While any channel of communication is welcome, e-mail is highly preferred.All WIPs sent to the client will be standard quality until full payment is made and final work is delivered in high quality.If the client does not respond for 15 days, the commission is placed on hold.
No response for 40 days results in cancellation.
